I am surrounded by demons of sadness, I can’t reach you.
They torture me; make me think what I should not,
I am bound by their shackles, trying all that I can, but I am caught.
Putting a smile on your face when there’s pain inside,
Is the toughest thing one can ever do,
Ignore all negatives; look at the positive side,
You can hide your tears, change your attitude, but it’s so hard to change your view.
False pretence, fake smile, all fail in no while,
If the happiness is genuine then only you can, else you can’t smile.
Take a deep breath, hold your emotion,
It all just ends up feeling like a ridiculous notion.
You just can’t control your emotions; you can’t decide what you feel,
Your heart is made up of flesh and blood, not made of steel.
So don’t fight anymore, succumb to the devil’s want,
You just can’t run away, wherever you go it’ll continue to haunt.
ya ya towards the end you have ragained your paradise. that cool so move ahead and break all shakles and just live it to the fullest.

i know that it is hard to put a smile on your face when there's so much pain inside.. physical pain is still easier to tolerate and smile but heartache is the most difficult of all...still one has to fight this and emerge as a winner.. after all why waste our precious life for someone..
